You can select between credit or debit card, PayPal, or Bank transfer.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

This method is the most economical, fast and secure. Payment for goods is made instantly and without losses on intermediaries. iGetaBrand redirects you to the secure server of the international payment system, that supports 3D Secure. Your card will be charged in the currency to which it is linked. The exchange rate to Euro is determined by your Bank. Fees are paid by iGetaBrand. Goods paid by Bank card are reserved within a few seconds after payment. iGetaBrand online store accepts the following bank cards:

        

After clicking "Order Confirmation" the authorization server connects by the secure protocol and redirects you to the page of the bank UniCredit (Italy). For the successful implementation of this operation there should not be incorrect blocking on your computer. We recommend the use of computers with a stable internet connection, otherwise the secure connection may be interrupted and the payment won't be done.

If card holder's name is not specified, it should still be entered in the "Cardholder's name", otherwise the payment will not be processed. If your card is protected by 3D Secure technology, then after entering the card data you'll be redirected to the page of the Bank that issued the card. In this window you enter a password that your Bank provides. By this action you confirm that card has not been stolen and is in the hands of the owner. Each Bank has its own way to transmit passwords. 

The payment system on the iGetaBrand website supports JavaScript 3D Secure: Verified-by-Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. The card data is transmitted only to the authorization server over a secure channel. The data is transmitted in encrypted form, and processed on a dedicated server of the payment system.

  

In case of the denied authorization the payment system notifies of a failed attempt. Upon refusal of authorization you need to ask for explanations in your Bank. If the Bank is not able to resolve the problem, retry the payment using cards issued by other banks.

Possible causes of failure of the Bank:

● There is not enough money on your card to pay the order;
● Your Bank has established a ban against the payment from the Internet;
● Timed out card data input;
● You have made a mistake when entering data on the payment page.

NOTE. Online store iGetaBrand can not in any way affect the action of your Bank. Only you, as the owner of the Bank card, have the right to interact with the Bank.

PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL (+5%)

When paying by PayPal, a 3% fee is charged of the total amount of the order. For payment, you need to create a PayPal account with the help of which you will be able to pay by credit card. This can be done on the www.paypal.com, following the instructions. If You already have a PayPal account, enter your username and password in the payment form, which appears after you confirm the order. Your card will be charged in the currency to which it is linked. The exchange rate to Euro is determined by PayPal. 

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER (-4%)

When paying by bank transfer, you have a 4% discount, which is deducted from the total amount of the order. Payment by bank transfer is available only when placing an order during the working day. The total amount of the order must reach €99 before this payment method becomes active. You can make a Bank transfer through a Bank branch or via internet banking. Transaction is possible both in Euro or other currency. You need to transfer the entire amount of the order to our account in UniCredit Bank (Italy). Account details, as well as the invoice, will be sent to you by email after completing your order. 

Payment through a Bank branch

You can pay for your order with cash at any bank branch in your country. Funds will be credited to our account within 2-3 days. In order to confirm the fact of payment, you need to send a scanned copy or photo of the payment order to igetabrand@tutitalia.com with a clearly distinguishable transaction number (TRN).

Payment via Internet banking

If you have a bank account and are a user of Internet banking, you can pay from your computer. Funds will be credited to our account within 1 banking day. In order to confirm the fact of payment, you need to send a copy of the payment order with a transaction number (TRN) to igetabrand@tutitalia.com

THE CUSTOMS FEES

On the borders of the countries that are not members of the European Union, the contents of your order may be subject to customs fees (taxes, duties, fees for the processing fee of customs broker, etc.) in accordance with the customs legislation of these countries. Payment of customs duties is the responsibility of the recipient of the order. iGetaBrand has no control over these charges. Please check with your country's customs office for clarification of customs charges.

RESERVING GOODS FOR PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

If you chose payment by bank transfer you will receive an email with instructions and account details, after which you can pay for your purchase within one working day from the date of ordering, otherwise your order will be canceled. Waiting time of payment may be increased within reasonable limits (2-3 days) after consulting our manager, but in the case of paying in currency other than Euro, the cost of the order will be recalculated in accordance with the exchange rate on the date of payment.
