Why there are no reviews about iGetaBrand on the Internet ?
Almost all the reviews you see on the Internet are paid services of various agencies, that are affiliated with the search engines. With the help of sms and email-mailings the agency collects reviews from online stores customers, and sends them to the search engine. "The objectivity" is paid by the online store. We do not use these services.
We believe that our reputation is valued more than the purchased reviews. And let iGetaBrand not be in the top of the search, but if you found us once, then you will not forget.
Do I need to pay customs fees ?
There will be no customs fees if the cost of your purchase is less than the limit of duty-free importation established in your country. These limits are different in all countries. For example, in the United States this is 800 $, in Japan 10.000 ¥.

No hidden fees. All customs operations for orders made on the iGetaBrand site are carried out only through legal channels without intermediaries and brokers.
It goes without saying that customs fees are absent if you receive a parcel in one of the EU countries, since all goods are sent from Italy, which is part of the EU.

Perhaps you are trying to apply a coupon to a product that is on sale.. For such goods, coupons do not work.
Coupons received in the quiz are valid for an order worth more than 199 €. Please check the total cost of goods in the shopping cart.
Maybe you made a mistake entering the code? We recommend to "copy-paste" it, then there will be no error.
How to return the goods ?
If you did not like the purchase, or found a defect, you can apply for a refund within 14 days after the date of delivery. If the defect appeared later, then we will have to send the goods to the factory for examination.
The money will be refunded to the same card or bank account from which payment was made, within 10 days after the approval of the return.
You cannot return a thing if you used it even a few hours, and then changed your mind. Used products have no interest for us, nor for our customers. For returns, we only accept new products in original packaging, or defective.

I live in Australia (USA, Canada, Japan, Israel, etc.) and will be on vacation in Italy. Can I order goods with delivery to the hotel?
Yes, you can. When making an order, choose the time-frame for delivery during which you will be registered at the hotel, and notify the administration that you are waiting the parcel.
If you indicate the billing address in the country of your permanent residence, then you can pay the order only online (by card, PayPal or bank transfer).
If you specify the billing address in Italy (for this you need to have an Italian tax code - Codice Fiscale), you can pay both online or in cash on delivery. Codice Fiscale must be indicated in the appropriate box while placing an order.
What is the "real price" ?
The real price is visible to the Club members. This is a price that has been established in the process of competition in the domestic market of Italy. We regularly examine this market, so the real price varies depending on supply and demand.

Our warehouse and office are located in the city of Saludecio (Emilia-Romagna region, Rimini province), 15 km from the Adriatic coast.
All commercial activities are conducted on the territory of Italy. We are tax residents of Italy.
